The KnowledgeBase is a library of tips and troubleshooting advice to assist you with your technical questions regarding KnowledgeSync.
If you are receiving an error, type in either the error number or the error message and search for results. Try to keep your descriptions to a few key words -- for example, if you are having difficulty exporting a Crystal Report to MS Excel, type in “Crystal Excel” and view the results.
And if, after searching the KnowledgeBase, you are unable to resolve your issue, log a ticket with Vineyardsoft Support and make sure to mention what steps from the KnowledgeBase you have already tried.
